On March 13, 2017, a quit-claim deed was recorded in the Greenwich Land Records which conveyed the entire Town of Greenwich from the Lord God Almighty, along with a list of aliases to Andrew Rocco Melillo for the consideration of “my Unconditional Love and Mercy”. The deed was acknowledged and witnessed by the Holy Ghost. Take a look!

Coincidence or not, as of January 1, 2018, filing a false document in the Connecticut Land Records will be a class D felony. Connecticut passed Public Act 17-99 stating: “A person is guilty of filing a false record against real or personal property when with intent to defraud, deceive, injure or harass another, he or she files, or causes to be filed with a municipality, a record he or she knows, or reasonably should know, is false.” The Act defines “record” as “any document that is recorded in the office of the town clerk.”
