Kaitlin Bair


Kaitlin Bair’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. She has successfully defended a variety of matters from the pre-lawsuit stage through trial. Attorney Bair has handled a wide array of cases including premises liability, products liability, professional liability, defamation, breach of contract, and a wide variety of personal injury claims. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Bair had experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. During law school, Attorney Bair interned for Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Inmates Legal Assistance Program. She was also involved in the Criminal Clinic and the Mediation Clinic and served as the president of UConn Law’s chapter of the ACLU.
