Joshua Chapps

Principal

Joshua Chapps is a litigator, concentrating his practice on insurance matters in the civil and workers’ compensation forums, including first- and third-party coverage disputes, workers’ compensation coverage and compensability matters, insurance premium recovery, and commercial litigation. He has tried many cases before the state courts, workers’ compensation commission, arbitrators, as well as successfully defended appeals.
