Benjamin Godley’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, specifically in the areas of insurance defense litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating in May 2024. During his time at UConn, Ben was an avid member of the Business and Transactional Law Society, serving as the organization’s president during his 2L year. He also served as an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. Prior to joining Conway Stoughton, he worked at a Wethersfield firm specializing in Trust and Estates and Contested Probate Litigation.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys cheering on the UConn Huskies, spending time with his family and friends, and coaching youth soccer.
