Our cases include those involving allegations of design and manufacturing defects in a variety of different products, including: household products, landscaping and tree cutting products, construction machinery, commercial products, recreational and sporting equipment, manufacturing equipment and asbestos and talc. We concentrate on large property damage claims including commercial, residential and vehicle losses.
