Lynn McCormick


Lynn McCormick’s practice centers on representing universities and private sector employers in administrative, state and federal cases including those involving Title IX, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and wrongful discharge. She also counsels and trains client administration and personnel on Title IX and employment practices that can prevent or avoid litigation. Attorney McCormick joined Conway Stoughton in 2016 after working as a litigator at another insurance defense firm in Hartford. Prior to working as a litigator, she served as a judicial law clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court for the Honorable Francis M. McDonald, retired Chief Justice, and the Honorable Robert I. Berdon.
